FY2013 H-1B Cap Reached

According to the USCIS website, they received enough petitions as of Monday, June 11th, to reach this year's H-1B cap. As of June 7th, USCIS had received more than 20,000 petitions filed for the Master's exemption. All cap filings for general and exempt H-1Bs will be rejected here on in; however, there are still numbers available for Chile and Singapore H-1B1 and DOD-cooperative researcher petitions available.
