Julie Pearl founded the firm with Alan Nelson, former Commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (now USCIS), in 1995. Since then, the firm has attracted its prestigious corporate client base the old-fashioned way—by doing it better, faster, smarter—and always keeping true to the aim of being the business immigration firm of choice.
From the outset, we’ve been making it on our merits by being innovative, resourceful and reliable. Within three years of our founding, we developed ImmigrationTracker™, the immigration management system now used by over 75% of top immigration law firms who buy case management software (according to IndUS Business Journal and American Lawyer Media), as well as many Fortune 1000 companies, hospitals and universities. And we continually devote extensive resources to staff training and developing the new tools, technology and systems needed to deliver unparalleled customer service in our field.
