TIMELINESS
To keep our word to clients about case processing times, we have the country’s most sophisticated online reporting system for turnaround times. Ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, we measure total case preparation time and even record the time for each stage of each case. We’re proud to show prospective clients reports of our actual case turnaround times. Just ask!
RESPONSIVENESS
We return calls and emails promptly, almost always within a business day for the less time-sensitive matters. For urgent matters, our Administrative Team can page any one of us during office hours. All Supervising Attorneys and some paralegals also have firm-provided cellular phones for after-hours or emergency calls from our corporate client representatives. In addition, we proactively stay on top of each immigration matter, issuing regular reminder emails for specific types of cases, and notifying clients (employees and HR) at various milestones of each case.
