History of Pearl Law Group

Pearl Law Group Firm's History

Julie Pearl founded the firm with Alan Nelson, former Commissioner of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, in 1995. Within three years, she developed ImmigrationTracker™, the immigration management system now used by over 75% of top-ranked law firms and many Fortune 1000 companies, hospitals and universities. Pioneering fresh approaches to customer care, her firm has made “Fastest Growing” lists and was named the #1 Woman-Owned Law Firm in the San Francisco Bay Area (Inc. Magazine, 2003; San Francisco Business Times, 2003-present).

The firm has attracted its prestigious corporate client base the old-fashioned way — by doing it better, faster, smarter — always keeping true to the aim of being the business immigration firm of choice. We start with the premise that there are no excuses, only results. To this end, PLG always devotes tremendous resources to staff training and developing the tools, technology and systems needed to deliver unparalleled customer service in our field. We have incorporated accountability for timelines, quality and responsiveness into all we do — from our performance evaluation systems to progress reports for our clients. Since 2000, other law firms and Fortune 1000 companies have licensed management software we designed, as our firm keeps innovating to uphold our credo that "in the quest for quality, there is no finish line."
