This link provides the employee a simple questionnaire to determine whether they need a work permit or a visitor visa for their destination country. The information will then be sent to us, and we will be able to evaluate based on the information given, whether the employee would require a work permit for the destination country, or whether a business visa will suffice.
This assessment applies to border control and entry/visitors’ visa requirements, including documents needed and specific health/vaccination requirements for every country around the world.

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Though intended for frequent international travelers, there is no minimum number of trips necessary to qualify for the program. Participants may enter the United Statesby using automated kiosks located at select airports.

Entry clearance requirements are dependent on the citizenship of the applicant and purpose of visit. Citizens of most countries are required to have a visa to visitBrazilfor business or work purposes, unless an exemption is provided by treaty or other reciprocity agreement. The most frequently used visa categories are:
- Temporary Item 2 (Vitem-II) visa: Business visitor visa
- Temporary Item 5 (Vitem-V) visa: Temporary work visas with or without local contracts
- Permanent visa: Entrepreneur, manager, director, executive work visa

Visas & Permits: Overview
All visitors to the People’s Republic of China (“China” or “PRC”) require a visa. There is only one type of work permit and there is no differentiation between a temporary or long-term work permit.
A Chinese visa is a permit issued to a foreigner for entry into, exit from or transit through the Chinese territory. The three most common business-related visas include:
- L Visa: Issued to participate in training sessions, exhibitions, or seminars organized by the company, trade organizations, or universities, provided their intended stay does not exceed 1 month.
- F Visa: Issued to an applicant invited toChinafor visit, research, lecture, business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges or short-term advanced studies or intern practice for no more than 6 months.
- Z Visa: Issued to take up a post or employment inChina, and their accompanying family members.

United Kingdom Immigration At-A-Glance (Excerpt)
Visas & Permits: Overview
Entry clearance requirements are dependent on the citizenship of the applicant and purpose of stay. European Economic Area (EEA) and Swiss nationals generally have the right to live and work (“right of residence”) in the United Kingdom. EEA and Swiss nationals have the right of residence in the United Kingdom if:
- He/she is an EEA or Swiss national;
- He/she is working in theUnited Kingdom; or
- He/she is able to support himself/herself and his/her family in theUnited Kingdomwithout the help of public funds.
If eligible for right of residence, a registration certificate is issued to EEA and Swiss nationals. Nationals of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia or Slovenia cannot apply for a registration certificate until they have completed 12 months of continuous employment in the United Kingdom.
