USCIS Further Extends Flexibilities for Responses to Agency Requests

Due to the COVID-19 National Emergency, USCIS has extended flexibilities for responses to certain agency requests.
USCIS has further extended flexibilities that it first announced on March 30, 2020 for applicants and petitioners responding to the following documents: Requests for Evidence; Continuations to Request Evidence (N-14); Notices of Intent to Deny; Notices of Intent to Revoke; Notices of Intent to Rescind and Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers; and Filing date requirements for Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion.
The extended flexibility applies to the listed documents with a notice, request, or decision issuance date from March 1, 2020 through July 1, 2020. USCIS will consider responses to notices and requests for the documents listed above that it receives within 60 days of the listed response date before taking action.
