COVID-19: A Message from Our Leadership Team

To our valued Clients, Partners, and Community,

Here’s a note to express our appreciation for all that you’re doing to help navigate through the pandemic and to keep your own families and colleagues safe.  We want to assure you that we have taken measures that enable Pearl to uphold our 25-year tradition of providing the highest level of worldwide immigration services, while keeping our employees and their loved ones secure.  Our legal responsibility to clients endures during this surreal time.

100% Open for Business:  We will remain fully operational and will continue to process immigration matters as long as governments remain active. We are diligently monitoring COVID-19 and liaising with officials, partners and others who are helping us keep our clients on track.

Our Staff and Virtual Know-How: We are set to handle work virtually, via our long-standing IT security protocols. Fortunately, our firm switched years ago to electronic files and telecommuting-enablement for most staff, as a way of promoting work-life balance.  Our secure online ImmigrationTracker case management system remains available 24/7 and accessible to clients.

Our Credo of Giving Back: We have been supporting institutions and individuals who are at risk during these challenging times, through donations to various nonprofit agencies and by purchasing large gift certificates to local establishments as a way of easing their cash flow. Some of us are delivering food/supplies to the elderly and infirm in our neighborhoods.  Although our Annual MS Walk has been cancelled, we will be holding our own virtual walk-from-home to keep our pledge this year. We encourage you to reach out if you’re aware of someone in need and think we can be of help.
